Questions
Will I ever pay again?
No. Membership is one payment for life. Nothing renews.
What if I lose my phone?
Send yourself your link from My space (“Send my link to my WhatsApp”) and tap it on the new phone. No link? Call the Centre and they send you a new one on WhatsApp. A membership works on two phones at a time.
Does it include online video consults?
No. Online video consults are paid per consult.
What does my receipt say?
Only "Dr Ruwende · Membership". Never what you read or watch.
